A friend of mine recently shared to me his experience of being a member of a newly established business networking company. What immediately came out in my mind is that we will be selling their products. Once we register to become a member, we will be called as dealers and we will invite others to join and be a member under our referral.
Ive been a member of a networking business before and although it allows us to make money fast while we build a significant, long-term and residual income stream, I still find it hard to promote the products and recruit others to join the networking business. I’m actually not good in generating sales lead and referring people since I’m not much of a public related person.
In the world of marketing and communication, networking plays a major role. The more you are able to build a network of people, the better it is for the company or business. It may be a product or a service, every business sells something at the end of the day. All new business is gained through word of mouth and positive recommendation.
It’s all about building a positive relationship with people you will find that you will naturally gain business and sales leads as people recommend your services. These are just some of the reasons why it is worth investing some time and effort into expanding your contacts. How about you my friends? Are you also into networking business?
