Doing Yoga

I have known a good old friend who are practicing yoga. I am actually curious about what yoga is all about so I asked her the benefits that I could when I’m going to try yoga. She said that it offers her solace, and a place to go in and just to be as it physically balances the body. It gives you literal balance and also brings balance into life and gives you perspective.

My friend Colleen says that yoga helps you connect with your inner radiance. She describes how you can step into a yoga class and just be yourself, listen to your breath and appreciate what your body is capable of.She advised me that if I want to try yoga, I just have to love my body. She said that women think that there’s something they should be that they’re not so just appreciate where you are and relish in it. Oh well, it sounds interesting to me so I think I have to buy yoga clothing first before I will enroll in a yoga class.
